HILTON GARDEN INN LA PLATA arrives, a unique hotel experience in the Buenos Aires capital.
Developed by ABES and managed by Gotel Hotel Management, this new urban icon will elevate the hospitality and events offering of "the city of diagonals."
Recently, the real estate developer ABES and the hotel operator Gotel Hotel Management finalized the signing of the hotel management contract for the future hotel Hilton Garden Inn La Plata Argoth.
"We are very excited to present this new project that will mark a milestone in the hotel industry of the city of La Plata,” says Dr. Diego Lacki, President of ABES. “This development is the result of the dedication, creativity, and innovation of our young team and the trust of our investors. We believe we have developed an excellent product that will elevate the quality of the accommodation, conventions, events, and gastronomy offerings in the city,” he adds.
“We are very honored to have been selected as managers of this beautiful project.” Says Sebastián Roces, General Director of Gotel. “Our goal is to offer our guests an unforgettable experience, combining excellence and quality with sustainability and personalized attention that characterizes us in the hotels we manage," he emphasizes.

The historic Minoli Factory becomes the new Hilton Garden La Plata
Located within the area of highest real estate growth in the city, the Hilton Garden Inn La Plata Argoth will meet a demand for convention and accommodation spaces of international standards and will be one of the most important mixed-use real estate developments in the capital of the Province of Buenos Aires.
Its unbeatable location will allow guests to easily access the Paseo del Bosque, the largest green space in the city; the Estadio Uno of Club Estudiantes de La Plata; the gastronomic and commercial area known as “La Plata SoHo” and the most prominent cultural, business, and government areas of the city. Additionally, its 14 floors will provide visitors with the best views of the “city of diagonals.”
The hotel will be an icon of the city not only for its imposing structure but also for being located where the old Minoli Hnos. Factory operated, whose façade, declared Architectural Heritage of the City of La Plata, will be highlighted as part of the establishment's construction.
The historic Minoli Factory is the inspiration for the architectural project, resulting in an industrial-style building, where materials such as metal with steel structures, beams, and wrought iron elements will predominate. The style will be completed with exposed brick, highlighting the texture and color; wood in floors, furniture, and finishes; and large glass windows that will allow natural light to enter all floors of the building.
The Hilton Garden Inn La Plata Argoth will feature 83 rooms of four types, an Events and Conventions Center of 800 m2, an “All Day” restaurant and bar, a Specialty Gourmet area, a Pool, Spa, Terrace with Rooftop Bar, Corporate Offices, a Co-Working area, and three underground parking levels.
The hotel is expected to open its doors in the second quarter of 2026.
