With a humorous and eerie touch, Delia invites those who dare to cross the threshold to delve into her "art class from beyond," where she claims they will connect with her artistic vision. "Create in the first art class from beyond," says Delia, although she warns about "that mischievous prankster in the attic," who could be Beetlejuice himself if someone says his name three times.
What you will experience in the haunted Deetz house
Starting November 16, and until the 27th of the same month, Delia Deetz will open her home for ten exclusive three-hour reservations for groups of up to six people. These visits, designed to provide a unique theatrical and visual experience, will include access to the most emblematic spaces of the house, as well as a guided tour of the surprises that Delia and her artworks have prepared for visitors. Among the activities and scenarios that guests will enjoy, the following key moments stand out:
- Special welcome: Upon entering, Delia's assistant will be the guide who will lead them to discover the details of the house. They will be able to walk freely and admire Delia's works, filled with wit and dark touches. Every corner promises an unexpected discovery.
- The attic and the Winter River model: For those brave enough to explore the attic, they will find the detailed scale model of Winter River created by the Maitlands. This element is an icon of the film and, in real life, evokes a nostalgic atmosphere reminiscent of the ghost couple that used to reside there.
- The Waiting Room and the passage to the afterlife: If someone decides to mention Beetlejuice's name three times, the experience will take a supernatural turn: visitors could find themselves transported to the Waiting Room, a space designated for souls in transit. Following the green light, they arrive at a confusing hallway where each door offers an unusual view. Some doors must remain closed; opening them could lead the daring to a confrontation with the dreaded sandworms or the chilling Dante's Hell, a space where Beetlejuice might be waiting for them.

The early exit is due to recent "spiritual issues," which have led to preventing visitors from staying overnight. The three-hour reservations will be available for those over 18, and companions of at least 13 years old can attend. Selected visitors will need to make their own way to Hillsborough Township, New Jersey; and, to ensure they don't miss out on a night in the area, Airbnb will offer a complimentary night in accommodation in Princeton, New Jersey, for participants, who will need to cover transportation to this nearby location.
